ARRIA’S PATENT PROGRAMME CHANNEL is patterned after those companies who, historically, have maintained
a unique technological advantage over many decades—by being first to market and embedding a rigorous
IP and patent led protection plan in every aspect of their operations. Arria NLG plans to follow this pattern
and develop long-term licensing agreements and partnerships thoughout numerous industries on a global basis.
In the Patent Programme Channel we may in the future provide a toolkit deployment of the Arria NLG Engine.
Arria NLG has committed significant resources to define, establish, protect, exploit and defend its core NLG intellectual
property (NLG IP). This goes beyond its central role in the custom applications that we expect to build
for Tech Transfer clients and as the core differentiator in our planned proprietary SaaS solutions (such as
SQM3).
The licensing of Arria NLG IP is a potential component that may be added to Arria NLG’s plans. Arria NLG may
elect to provide an Arria NLG Toolkit Licence that would allow companies to embed NLG capabilities directly into
their existing software systems. An Arria NLG Toolkit Developer Licence would also provide the means for developers
to embed NLG capabilities into software products. If such products shift from development to commercial
sale and distribution as a component embedded within software products sold globally, the Arria NLG Product
Licence would kick in. Arria NLG’s Licence count would move from Developer Licences, few in number but high
in value, to Product Licences, lower in unit value but higher in number.
